Why is it our abundant gold reservs earns only 3% while 97% is taken by foreign gold mining companies?

Any ideas Bongo Bongos? Camooooooon!!!!!!!!!!!! Why? why? why? Are we stupid? What's going to happen to our 20 sites uranium locations? I don't know about you Bongo Flavas but that is a big income for our TZ economy. Uranium is a high demend for almost all western countries. What should foreigners do and what they shouldn't?

The essence of opening up the market to investors is to mobilise capital for a robust economic growth. Now my head is going crazy on this issues.
